It all started on 03.02.2014 in a small garage in Żyglinek on the outskirts of Tarnowskie Góry in the Silesian voivodeship. FABRO is a family business founded by the father and son – Bernard and Krzysztof Bogacki respectively. The highest possible qualifications of its founders, curiosity, energy and strong pursuit of the goal enabled to develop the company as it is in its present form.
After graduating the Mechanical Engineering School of Construction and Overhaul of Mining Machinery with the field of welding, Bernard worked for 6 years as a locksmith and welder at T.F.U.G TAGOR in Tarnowskie Góry. The major part of his 25-year career he worked at KWK Julian in Piekary Śląskie. Initially, he worked eight years as a locksmith in assembling, disassembling and overhauling machinery and equipment of the mining industry, then as a shift foreman and soon afterwards as a branch foreman leading a mechanical department. The last fifteen years of his employment at the mine, he led the Machinery Management Department, engaged in overhauls, acquisitions of new machinery and equipment with planning. Four years after his retirement, he and his son founded FABRO.
Krzysztof first three years of his working career with a position at ATL Polska Sp. z o.o. as a locksmith combined with a university education. Another lot of experience and the entirety of welding qualifications he acquired during his four years of work as a welder at Fabryka Maszyn i Urządzeń TAGOR S.A. (at that time one of the largest factories in the world producing mining machines and supports – unfortunately, it no longer exists at present). In 2012 at the age of 25 he moved to Germany and started working for M&S Gruseck. After several months of his work as a locksmith and welder, he was promoted to the position of a foreman and led a crew of thirty employees! In 2014 he returned to Poland and performs the main role in production management at FABRO.
